An existing house was raised to make room for this contemporary ranch style house. The actual size is masked by the undulation of the facade along the street line.
The original single story T111 sided house did not reference the mountains. This new two story renovation speaks of Tahoe and the outdoors. Two upstairs decks have been added to connect with the tree top views.
Jesuit High School's library had not been renovated in twenty years. Not only has libraries changed in function the school now requires all students to have an IPad to produce school work and research. Consequently the function of the library now allows for collaborative relaxed research and study.
This new three story infill housing project supports five separate townhouses. Each unit has their own garage and private entry door. The lot size was a challenging 60 x 180.
