m+a's challenge was to create a house that would fit within the ranch style neighborhood and would mesh all the aspects of the program fluidly.
we located a home office in the front in order to have a separate entry and face the street. (the actual front
door is tucked under a cedar trellis adjacent to the drive.) the interor space takes into consideration the 3ft elevation change between the front and back of the house and showcases multiple dramatic focal points.
